Who doesn't like chocolate chip cookies? And if you add a little bit of peanut butter, the taste will be out of the world. Let's talk about cookies, in general, a bit. There are different types of cookies like bar cookies, drop cookies, filled cookies, molded cookies, no-bake cookies, rolled cookies, sandwich cookies, etc. Cookies provide high nutrition and protein. It contains whole grain flour which provides a nutritious source of protein, vitamins, fiber, and minerals so that it can easily boost energy.
Many people eat cookies for mild appetite suppression. Cookies can be placed at any tea party because many of us like to eat cookies with tea or coffee. Kids love cookies very much and do you know that you can easily make cookies in a very short time with some simple ingredients?
A chocolate chip cookie is a baked or cooked snack or dessert that is typically small, flat, and sweet. It usually contains flour, sugar, egg, some type of oil or butter, and obviously chocolate chip. Cookies are made in a wide variety of styles using an array of ingredients including sugar, spices, chocolate, butter, peanut butter, nuts, or dried fruits. The softness of the cookie may depend on how long it is baked.
All the dried ingredients like all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt should be sifted well. Keep it aside for later use.
Add unsalted butter to a mixture machine. The butter should be at room temperature. Beat the butter properly. You can use a hand mixer instead of a mixture machine. Now add peanut butter and again mix them well.
Add sugar to the butter mixture and mix properly for at least 30 seconds. Then add one cup of brown sugar and again mix properly.
Add 2 pieces of egg one by one and mix properly. When all the ingredients mix properly, add vanilla essence. At this point, use high speed for mixing properly.
When the mixture will turn white, add sifted dried ingredients. First, mix the dried ingredients at the lowest speed. After a minute or two, increase the speed level and mix properly. Add chocolate chips and mix them for a short time at the slowest speed.
Put the dough in a freezer for 10 minutes or in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Now it’s time to shape the cookies. Take a tray, keep parchment paper on the tray and make cookies with the help of an ice-cream scooper. Add extra chocolate chips over the cookies. It’s totally optional. Spread some sea salt over the cookies, it will increase the taste.
Bake the cookies for 13 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Don’t bake over 15 minutes otherwise, cookies will burn and turn like biscuits.
