Garlic bread consists of bread, topped with garlic and olive oil or butter and may include additional herbs, such as oregano or chives. It is then either grilled or broiled until toasted or baked in a conventional or bread oven. It is so easy to make garlic bread in an air fryer at home.
Take a bowl and add all-purpose flour to the bowl.
Take another jar and add milk, yeast, salt, garlic powder, and sugar one by one. Mix all of them properly. After two minutes, add this mixture to all-purpose flour. All the ingredients should be kneaded well together. Add butter to the mixture and mix them well. Then add that 1 tbsp milk that we separated earlier.
Take another bowl and brush the butter around the bowl so that the dough will not stick to the inner surface of the bowl. Keep the dough at rest for 30 minutes.
Finely chop 5 pieces of garlic and 1 tablespoon of parsley. Take another jar, add unsalted butter to the jar and add chopped garlic and parsley. Add ¼ teaspoon of salt and mix them until the butter melts.
Now is the time for the most important part. Sprinkle some flour on a clean flat surface, place your dough over the flour and again sprinkle some flour over the dough and knead them well. Cut the dough into 2 pieces and make them a round shape. Add the mixture of butter, garlic, and parsley on top of the dough, fold it and again add this mixture. Keep it rest for 20 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 minute. Place the dough on the air fryer and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. When the upper part becomes brownish in color, bring it out from the air fryer.
