Ingredients
- 3 piece of ripe mango
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 4 piece egg
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ cup cooking oil
- 1½ cup milk
- ¼ cup condenced milk
- 170 gram cream
Cream Ingredients
- 1½ cup whipping cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Let’s make the mango tresleches cake
- Cut the mangoes into small pieces. Blend the pieces of mangoes and sift them if there is any fiber. Don’t add any water while blending mango pieces. Keep the mango puree aside, we will use this puree later.
- All the dried ingredients like all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt should be sifted well because it is often seen that grains remain in the flour. In that case the cake will not turn out good.
- The eggs have to be beaten well with a beater machine or hand mixer for two minutes at a high speed in a separate bowl.
- Then add sugar and vanilla essence and again mix at high speed for 3 to 4 minutes until it looks like foamy. Then mix it up with cooking oil in a light way. MIx the flour four times little by little and have to mix from one side.
- Take a 6.5 inches mould, keep parchment paper on the bottom of the mould, pour the cake mixer, and the mould needs to be tapped a few times so that no bubbles remain there. Bake the cake in the oven at 320 degree fahrenheit for 25 minutes. Mold out after the cake has cooled.
- Take the prepared mango puree, add milk, condenced milk, cream with the mango puree. Mix gently and cut the upper side of the cake if you want to keep the cake plain. Pierce the cake with any stick and pour three-fourths of the liquid mix.
- The cake should be left in the fridge for one hour. The whipping cream should be left in the freezer for 10 minutes to cool. Beat the cream at medium speed for two minutes. Add powdered sugar and mix up in a light way. Then add vanilla essence and mix very well at high speed until the thickness has come.
- Take the cream in a piping bag and decorate the cake. Also can add some orange color in the rest of the mango puree for decorating the cake with the help of nozzle. After designing, leave the cake in the normal fridge for 3 to 4 hours to cool. Now it’s time to impress your friends and family.
