How To Make Perfect Breakfast Pancake

On Saturday morning, my husband told me that I don’t need to prepare breakfast and he will make perfect, and fluffy breakfast pancakes. Mr. husband and our only daughter Shompurna started to make the pancake. I love pancakes, and always want to have this perfect. They tried their best, and we had a happy weekend breakfast. Mr. husband was sad as those didn’t turn out in perfect shape, and fluffiness.

Now if someone doesn’t know what is this food, I would say try it, have it, devour it. It’s so so yummy.

Now back to the question, what is a pancake? A pancake is a flat cake, which is thin and round, prepared from a batter that contains eggs, milk, and butter and cooked on a hot surface.

Now can anyone make it? Do someone needs any advanced skill to make it. I would say, NO. Anyone can make this delicious food at home if he/she wants to make it. I tried to show how easily we can make this food. Just follow all of the steps, and surprise your family members and friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 teaspoon milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Let’s make the breakfast pancake

  • Take a mixing bowl, and mix all of the ingredients with a hand mixture except flour, and baking powder.
  • Now, add flour, and baking powder to the liquid mixture. Try to use a hand mixture, don’t mix with an electric mixture.
  • When mixing is done, keep the mixture to rest for around 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, mix the mixture again with a hand mixture. Now, we are ready to make delicious pancakes.
  • Let’s make it then. We will use a frypan and the temperature should be medium to medium-high. Take 2 tablespoons of the batter to make one pancake.
  • Flip the pancake exactly after 60 seconds. After another 40 seconds, the pancake is ready to eat. So, the total time to make a single pancake in a frypan, or hot surface is around 100 seconds.
