Talked a lot about the background. Let’s dive into the main discussion of why you guys are here. So, what do we need to make this delicious cookie?

Ingredients

  • 200 gram/1 cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup cornflower
  • ½ cup rice powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 100 gram chocolate

Let’s make the Danish Chocolate Cake

  • Take a kitchen scale and tare up the kitchen scale with the bowl, and measure 200 gram of butter. Separate the bowl from the kitchen scale. Add icing sugar and vanilla essence with butter and beat at low speed for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, beat another 2 minutes at high speed until butter and icing sugar mixes very well.
  • Take another bowl and add cornflower, rice powder, and salt. Mix all the dried ingredients very well with the help of spatula. Now take the butter and add all the dried ingredients four times little by little with butter. Mix them very well with the help of a mixer machine.
  • Take another bowl and add all purpose flour. Mix half of the flour with butter mix and beat them very well at low speed. Then mix the remaining half of the flour little by little and it must be mixed very well by hand for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Dough is ready and now it’s time to shape them. Put some dough in your hand. First, make a round shape and then make them an elliptical shape with pressure. Decorate them with the help of a fork with pressure as you wish.
  • Take a tray and keep parchment paper on the bottom of the tray. Then keep all the cookies on the tray and bake them in the oven at 320 degree fahrenheit for 35 – 40 minutes. Parchment paper is mandatory otherwise the lower part of the cookies will burn.
  • After baking is done, cool all the cookies for 10 minutes. Then take a rack and place all the cookies in a rack to cool well. It’s time for the best part, making chocolate. Take another bowl and grate chocolate with the help of a grater. The advantage of grating is to melt it so quickly. Take some boiling hot water in a bowl. Keep the chocolate bowl in the hot water bowl and chocolate will melt with the heat of water.
  • Pour the melted chocolate in the piping bag and with the help of nozzle, decorate cookies with zigzag design or any other design you want. Before designing, keep the cookies on the rack otherwise chocolate will stick to the bottom of the cookies. Decore cookies after cooling completely. Do not cool by placing them under a fan. They have to be cooled naturally to room temperature.
  • After designing, it’s time to endevor the delish.
