Chocolate Cup Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour 
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder 
  • ½ tsp baking soda 
  • ¼ tsp salt 
  • ¾ cup sugar 
  • 1 egg 
  • 2 tbsp sour cream 
  • ¼ cup oil 
  • ¼ cup milk 
  • 1 tsp white vinegar 
  • Coffee- 2 tbsp warm water + ½ tsp coffee 
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence 

Let’s make the Chocolate Cup Cake

  • Take all the dried ingredients like all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in a sieve. These dried ingredients should be sifted well because it is often seen that the grains remain in the flour. In that case the cake will not turn out good. Then again mix them with the help of a whisk.
  • Take a separate bowl and add egg, sour cream, oil, milk, white vinegar, vanilla essence and coffee one by one. The coffee mixture has to be used when it is cold. Mix all the ingredients very well with the help of a whisk or hand mixer.
  • Add this liquid mixer with the dried ingredients and mix in a light way rotating from one side. Otherwise, the texture of the cake freezes a lot of the time and after removing from the oven the cake sits.
  • Now, take a cupcake liner and pour the cake batter. We are almost done and it’s time to bake at 350 fahrenheit for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, take the cupcake out of the oven and let it cool. After removing from the oven, cover the cake with a thin cloth for one hour.
